Auto-adjust Rocker
Use your Aku Shaper software to read boards in other formats like .s3d and .srf.
If you are having trouble opening Shape3D files:
With Shape3D you can save a board (as an s3d file) with a thickness profile or with a deck profile. Our program can only open those files saved with a deck (top) profile. The professional version of Shape3D has a way to specify that files should be saved with a deck profile. But with the free Shape3D Lite program it is even easier: all files are save with the deck (at least this is true with the 2007 version). So all you have to do is open the file and do a "Save As" and you will get a file that has the deck. Then you can open it with our program.
To make sure your boards are saved with a deck profile in Shape3D Pro do the following:
- Go Board -> Properties
- Click the 'Design Modes' tab
- Check 'Thickness Computed Mode' and Click 'OK'
- Then go File -> Save
